The beautiful Tuscan-style house is tastefully furnished on one level only, the house is directly on the sea with 1 relevance shed completely renovated a few years ago.

The house is on the upper floor;
Access directly into the bright living room with direct access to the terrace with sea view, living room with table and sofa with LED TV, always upstairs we find 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom, a closable kitchen and 1 double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bagnp directly in the room.
French window opening onto a large porch; equipped with sink and barbecue, with table and chairs for outdoor dining but in a covered area;

Downstairs with direct access from the living room stairs leads to the large double bedroom with TV and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 room with sofa bed, exit directly with patio door in the garden.

The house is equipped with every comfort: the kitchen is equipped with professional fires, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
