-A bathroom (the other 2 are pertaining to the respective rooms).


The upper floor (accessed by an external staircase) consists of a single large room with a living room (with a sofa and 2 armchairs), a double bed and a bathroom.

At the main entrance there is a large loggia overlooking the garden with a sofa, armchairs and a dining table.
