The house for rent is immersed in lush nature in the heart of the Maremma Grossetana, in Tuscany, a landscape of incredible beauty between hills and sea, with panoramic views of the coast and the possibility of excursions to the nearby islands of the Tuscan Archipelago (Elba, Giglio and Cerboli).

The holiday home with private park has access to the beach which is about 400 m away, is located near the bathing establishment with restaurant, beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, independent shower cabin, bar service with large terraces and porches, gym and small market , branded shops with service.

International Golf Club of Punta Ala
The course has a total length of 6,168 meters with a PAR 72, with light and natural undulations of the ground, of the "Maremma scrub" composed of thick vegetation of evergreen trees which also constitute stimulating natural obstacles for the game.
