The Villa  is rented on a weekly basis only to one single group of Guests for whom it is therefore put at the entire disposal. It can host up to 25 persons and, if necessary, a separate apartment in the same compound – with two double bedrooms and one bathroom – is also available to host other 4/5 persons at a reduced price.

Inside the villa, the large fully equipped kitchen and the ample lounges – as well the two terraces outside – are perfectly fitted for arranging daily or special lunches or suppers. Biological products coming from the Family farm as well as other gastronomic excellences of the territory are available for daily needs of the group or for special events. The kitchen and the dining room are fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery up to 30 people.
Daily maid as well as kitchen service are available at very reasonable extra cost (not included in the rental)
An incoming service is provided at the arrival and during their stay Guests are assisted by the English speaking housekeeper, living separately in the compound, in any of their needs concerning tourist information, organisation of special events, booking of concerts, operas, theatres, etc.
Reliable external catering organisations have been selected by the owner for arranging special events and banquets inside the villa, or outside in the park, or in the large restored barn just in front of the villa (up to 120 people): ideal place for wedding events, conferences, family or corporate meetings, and cultural initiatives.

Surrounded by a private park of green lawns and secular plane trees, the villa is furnished with antique paintings and furniture and it is situated on the banks of the river Adige in the town of Villa Bartolomea of which the ancestors of the present owner of the villa were feudal lords since the 15th century.
Entering from the great hall a number of ample spaces and rooms are ready to welcome you: the wide main living room, of about 100 square meters, the billiard room and the music room with a piano. The large kitchen and the main living have their own ample fireplaces.
THE ROOMS
In the two upper floors are distributed the 14 bedrooms, most of them with two beds and their own en suite bathrooms. Only the three single rooms and two double bedrooms must share two external bathrooms but each of them has however its own water basin inside. 2 other rooms are located in a separate apartment within the same compound.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Guests have at their disposal the entire park around the villa (about 2,500 square meters) with private parking, barbecue, garden chairs, outdoor games, table tennis and swimming pool.
The green lawns in front of the villa are ideal for children's games and for outdoor barbecues and lunches, as well as the two long terraces at the foot of the house and the gazebo under a linden tree.
In addition, guests can freely dispose of: an above ground pool (9 meters X 5 meters) which opens from 15 June to 15 September - Badminton, croquet, ping-pong, volleyball net -10 off-road bikes. A newly built cycle path is located next to Villa, on the banks of the river Adige, for about 40 kilometers.
The wide internal and external spaces of the villa have successfully hosted several group courses of cooking, art, music, meditation, team building experiences and other residential courses.
Villa is located in the small town of Villa Bartolomea (VR), in the heart of Veneto, less than 50 km from the most interesting art cities of the North-East of Italy: Verona, Padua, Mantua, Ferrara, Vicenza and Rovigo.
Lake Garda and the Po Delta are also places of great natural and environmental attraction and only a few kilometers further on.
Villa Bartolomea is connected to Verona, Legnago and Rovigo, as well as to the Verona intersection. Airport, from the 434 Transpolesana motorway. Easy access from Verona to the Milan - Venice and Modena - Brennero highways (direction: Germany) and, from Rovigo, to the Padova - Bologna motorway. The international airports of Milan (Malpensa and Linate) are 2 ½ hours and the one in Venice, only 1 hour.
