SERVICES AND FACILITIES

We follow local guidelines for cleaning and sanitation.

We have a swimming pool, a covered outdoor Shala for yoga retreats and we offer services based on the needs of our guests for weddings, corporate events and more.
This wonderful residence has four units which can be rented together or separately.

The pizza-oven area is illuminated and has a sitting area that allows fun evenings for children and families who make pizza.
Behind the kitchen is another single bedroom, with its own bathroom with shower (and independent entrance from the pizza oven).

The lower garden, with patio, and porch that allows you to dine outdoors and have fun is wonderful. At one end of the large patio is a large brick barbecue and fountain, garden lights and space to entertain up to 200 people.

We also have an area in the lower garden which serves as a badminton court and we provide everything you need to play badminton. There is a ping-pong table in the upper garden. All around fruit trees and wonderfully secluded garden areas.

Thanks to public transport, two buses, a 5 minute walk, and a train from Settebagni station to Tiburtina station and other stops in the center of Rome just 7 minutes by car.
There is an additional property in the upper garden. It is a charming villa with two further double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and, in one of the two rooms, an ingenious fireplace that can be used indoors or outdoors for cooking while sitting in the reserved area overlooking the 'vegetable garden. The lower garden can accommodate a maximum of 10 cars.
