In a historical medieval structure arises the restaurant where pleasantry and cuisine are our philosophy.
All you need to do is venture through the entrance into the magical garden situated along the medieval walls of the town, contemplating the leopard- spotted view depicting crops and olive trees whilst fantasising over the delicacies of which you are about to be served.
The success of the restaurant is owed to the exasperated and continuous research and rediscovery of tastes and traditions (which at times have risked falling into oblivion) which the proprietors Roberto and Gabriele knew how to combine with innovation and creativity.
The menu provides Tuscan specialities, freshly caught fish, home made pasta , original and creative dishes with genuine and fresh local products. Alternating the flavours in harmony with the changing seasons. The attention and precision given to every detail offers the customer the sense of being the centre of attention.
The arched internal dining room has been finely restored. It seats up to 55 people and is air conditioned. The wine cellar is a curiosity, housing a fine selection of wines. It was originally one of the many underground passages of Colle Alta which run underneath the historical centre.
From Spring to Autumn it is pleasant to allow yourself the pleasure of a leisurely meal “al fresco” on the terrace in the magical garden.

Restaurant is ideal for ceremonies, convivial meetings and special occasions. From the May 1 until September 30 the restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays during the rest of the year.
