The property is situated in the County of Santa Margherita in Liguria in the province of Genova , it is situated inside the perimeter of the Park of Portofino, just 2km from the seaside, 1 km from the centre of Santa Margherita, 6 km from the motorway of Rapallo and 45 km from the airport of Genova.
Beautiful panoramic views facing from Portofino to Sant’Ambrogio di Zoagli, although no sea view and without noise disturbance from rail or roads.
The property consists of the main detached house (the most recent addition to the house dates back to 1860) on three floors (ending on one side with the old gatekeepers house that is accessed from another property), and it is listed as a single property but could be divided in 2 or 3 apartments.
