Inside a colorful village of XII century, 25 km from Siena, 45 km from Florence and 10 km from S.Gimignano there is the ancient building born with wise reorganization of a 450 years old monastery, that had been the dependence of the Volterra Episcopal Seminar.
The reorganization has made with all criteria used by structures of architectural respect, being a structure under the protection of Belle Arti ministry. The structure is catalogued as civil apartment for inhabited purpose (A/2)
Today the Tower is an ancient residence organized as receptive structure. It has six rooms and a small-sized apartment and despite they observe all characteristics of the old period, are supplied with the most modern technologies.
The furnitures was born by the wise research in the world of antique dealing. Moreover the internal rooms walls are the external Tower walls. There are also some common zones with two little drawing areas and a living zone, very cured in details and with the evidence of repayments of zones of the important historical interest.
Considering the particular arrangement on two floors that makes each room indipendent, it is possible to see the Tower as an exclusive residence, with the opportunity to accomodate friends, and using the external Jacuzzi pool, included in the near park of property, to live through special moments inside a really unique structure.
