Villa is situated on a beautiful site in the middle of the Tuscany Hills, just outside a small village called Pozzo della Chiana. The estate is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. The historical towns and villages of Tuscany are within easy reach by car from the villa and the Rome-Florence motorway (A1) is only 5 miles away.

The property includes: the main house (Villa) and cottage (Casina). A well-designed swimming pool complete with deck chairs offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. In the Villa’s garden there is a 16-meter long swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and a sun-terrace. Over the pool looms, the beautiful bridge, which divides the pool into deep end and shallow end (0.9-3 m). On the pool terrace you can sunbathe, relax and admire the beautifully folding Tuscan hills, with an occasional stern cypress here and there and the lovely olive groves.

In the shade of the Mediterranean pine trees there is the outdoor grill and large pizza oven. Tuscany is world famous for its steak from the white chianina cow and, naturally, its enchanting red wines. In the garden you will find the fresh herbs traditionally used in Italian cooking, the mere scent of which makes your mouth water.
