The house is located very close to the beach and is shaded by a pretty, pine wood. It is just 50 mts from a fabulous, long sandy beaches accessed down a lane adjacent to the house.

The garden is fenced off and has its own entrance gate from the road. The house has a large covered loggia with outside seating that overlooks the garden. From the side of the garden there is a lane that leads to the beach (50 mts). The beautiful, long sandy beach is unspoilt and is a short distance from the sea. There is also a fixed, numbered pic nic table and seating included in the rental.

There are views along the beach to the town of Castiglione della Pescaia and to the peninsula of Argentario in the distance. In the other direction, there are views to Rochette castle and the island of Elba.
