By car:

The property is only 23 km from the Arezzo exit point (Motorway A1). It is easily reached by leaving the motorway at this exit. You drive along the main road in the direction of Bibbiena up to the fork for Borgo a Giovi, then you follow the signposts towards Anghiari up to the Libbia pass. Then on your right hand side you take a small local road and drive for about 350 metres, up to the destination.

The villa is served by the airports of Rome, Florence and Pisa.

The nearest train station is Arezzo.

From Arezzo and Sansepolcro there is coach service that includes the estate as one of its stops.
