The estate counts 15 hectares and is a typical country farmhouse composed of two comfortable apartments at the heart of cereals cultivations. Surrounded by the beautiful castles of Lucignano, Scrofiano, Farnetella e Sinalunga, where the inhabitants of Arezzo and Siena fought in order to obtain the possession of those territories, which are now a touristic attraction because they appear just like they were at the origin. The two apartments have a common entrance through an internal stairs. They have been renewed with care to their original characteristics. Both apartments are finely furnished with tuscan-style pieces of furniture.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a gated garden of 700mq and has also another apartment (where the owner of the estate lives) and a hall where, under request, the customers can be served breakfast.

In the estate there are two annexes where it is possible to park the car, and an ancient oven (where it is possible to cook pizzas), a barbecue, garden pieces of furniture and a big swimming pool (6x12 mt).
