A spacious kitchen includes a huge food-preparation table topped in Carrara marble, a wash-sink made of pietra serena, an eight-burner cook-stove, two ovens, a refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.

The sitting room, about 60 sq.m., is elegantly furnished, with an ancient stone fireplace and a handsome table in fine hardwood that will comfortably seat more than ten.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with two singles. Both are furnished with antiques and luxurious upholstered furniture, and each has a private bath. Optional is the use of another large bedroom with bath and a separate outside entrance.

Cleaning services can also be arranged.
