Rates include weekly supply of bed linen and towels, cold and hot water, electricity, gas, final cleaning.
Prices do not include:
Heating in the wintertime, horse riding: 15 euros per person/hour
Half board is available with an extra charge of 28 euros per person (in a lovely restaurant which uses mainly the biological products of the farm and offers all typical specialities of the Umbrian cuisine).
Deposit: 500 euros
