It is situated in a strategic location, perfect to reach the main Umbrian art cities in a short time: Assisi, the green art city and the jewel of the Italian medieval art (part of the Holiday Farm is in the Assisi territory), Spello, Foligno and Bevagna, Gubbio, Perugia, Todi and Spoleto, cultural capital town of Umbria.
The wonderful swimming-pool is located in a stunning setting, surrounded by woods where you can meet free horses and deers, and it is connected to the Residence.
