The self-contained barn in the grounds of Villa is composed of an enourmous, chapel-like studio bed-sitter with exposed roof bearms and rafters. It has its own garden and external dining patio with direct access to the swimming pool, which is to be shared with other guest in the main house. It can be rented as an indipendent unit, or in conjunction with the main house to accommodate an extra couple. Being all on one level, it is also suitable for the elderly or disabled.
