The residence has recently been thoroughly renovated conserving its original looks with care and using traditional building materials characteristic to Puglia.
The property consist of an area of two hectares. The surroundings are hilly, easily accessible and very quiet. The outdoor area is refined and abounds with flowers and evergreen plants.
The "natural furnishing" is complete with many centuries-old olive trees in the garden surrounding the houses.

There are also paved areas, a large parking area with a covered parking space, a stone fence with an automatic gate. The entire green area is at guests' disposal. It's nice to take a walk in clean nature in the typical countryside of Puglia.

There are five bedrooms: four double rooms and one with two single beds. All bedrooms are bright and well ventilated, each with its own living space with table and chairs.
