This magnificent old tufa house is just 20 km distant from the seaside. It is located in Cuma in the countryside by the lake Averno in the area of Campi Flegrei, a much appreciated archaeological site rich in roman remains, temples and museums.

The villa has been finely restored according with modern conveniences, preserving its unique features. From there a magnificent view over Ischia and Cuma can be enjoyed. Immersed in the lush green of a garden (4000 sq m) it boasts a nice swimming pool (13x7m), 2 barbeques, and a burning wood oven.

Conveniently connected to the Autostrada del Sole (Tangenziale Napoli, Exit Cuma) Capodichino Airport (20 km), railway station Napoli Mergellina (20 km). The port of Pozzuoli is 5 km distant. From here it is possible to reach Capri, Ischia, Procida, Ponza, Ventotene and Sardinia.

The owner and the servants are living on the spot. The price includes the maid service 2 hours per day 5 days a week. Covered car park. Breakfast is served every morning.
