This marvellous villa lies at the borders between Lazio and Campania regions.

It has a surface of about 500 sq.mt. and is completely surrounded by a large park of 2 hectares.

The structure has been built in a characteristic medieval village, near Suio thermal baths. This village is dotted by cold, thermal, hyperthermal and highly therapeutic waters.

The Romans called them “acquae Vescinae” and used them for their pools and thermal baths whose remains can be seen in the so called Vasca di Nerone.

After the war a careful work of reconstruction of the whole thermal area began. New baths has been built thus creating a welcoming accommodation structure immersed in the nature.

A park of orange trees, the lovely river and the friendliness of the inhabitants makes this place a perfect destination for those looking for tranquillity. The area also offers various leisure opportunities such as tours to Cassino, Scauri seaside, Marina di Minturno, Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga and the volcanic massif of Roccamonfina.

The villa lies in a quiet park characterized by many relax areas, lovely fountains and waterfalls.

In the garden there is a large equipped porch (provided with barbecue and coal) where you can have nice dinners in the open air. Various gazebos and terraces overlook the marvellous swimming pool (25x10mt) and the lovely pond. In the middle of the pond lies a little isle where we have arranged a peculiar gym.

In the garden there are a little playground, a tennis court, a bowling green, a five-a-side football field and a stable with eight horses. We dispose of 3 terraces equipped with tables and chairs where you can have your meals.
