The Villa is available for exclusive bookings only in certain periods of the year.

It is composed as follows: inside the original distinctive features last still as the ceilings with girders made of chestnut-wood and floors tiled with cotto.

The bedrooms are elegantly furnished with antiques. The wide rustic kitchen has a table for 10 persons and it is equipped with every kind of modern facilities.

The wide and sumptuous saloon includes a traditional dining room, a large fire-place, comfortable sofas and chairs.

Ground floor: 1 wide dining room, 1 kitchen equipped with household appliances, 1 service bathroom.

First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 study-bedroom with faculty to have an additional single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 large single antique beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed ( smaller than a standard one) + 1 additional little bed, 1 wide bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower.

Exterior: 1 swimming pool with purified salt water, 1 cemented tennis court, 1 big barbecue with oven, chairs and tables, garden, private lake for fishing and a hut.
