The price includes: the use of the apartment/ villa with domestic appliances, cutlery, crockery and saucepans, water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, and final cleaning; the use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs and tennis.
Extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating  upon use(3.50 € per mc) and  €  85.00 per day for the Villa.

Maid service:  € 20.00 per hour (to be booked and paid on the premises). 2 hours per day maid service compulsory for the Villa.

Arrival Saturday afternoon from 4.30 to 7 p.m.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Swimming-pool: open from 01st of May  till 30th of September.

Pets not allowed.
