The Villa is found on the of a beautiful garden with swimming pool, just 40 meters from the sea and the white sandy beach front, one of the most beautiful in Tuscany .

The pine grove estate of Roccamare and its beach are private and closed off to the public, with only owners and guests of the estate’s villas gaining access via the security guard at the entrance to the park.

In the 2.500 s.m. garden of the villa there is a private swimming pool. From here a private path leads through the pine grove to the sandy beach, where you will find a private area with changing room, beach hut, table and lawn chairs.

The Villa is located in Tuscany, in the Maremma seaside, in the exclusive pine grove beach front estate of Roccamare, near the town of Castiglione della Pescaia (a few minutes’ distance by car, 10 minutes by bicycle on the cycle path), where you will find all the commodities and the main shops: restaurants, post office, banks, pharmacies.
It’s very easy to reach the touristic spots in Tuscany: Florence is around 150 km. to the north, and Siena and the Chianti region are around 90 km to the east. Also Rome is only 200 km to the south.
This wonderful modern villa, fully renovated , is set on two levels, and can sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
