The price is per week.

When the keys are handed over you will be requested to pay a caution deposit of 1000€.

The price includes water, electricity, gas, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, heating and air conditioning system.

Transfer expenses are excluded.

Animals are not allowed.

The guests are expected to water plants and use the sunblind with care.
