Villa is an old farmhouse built in 1684 situated on a hill 350m above sea level, near Lake Trasimeno on the borders between Tuscany and Umbria.

It is hidden in a shady park of ancient trees and surrounded by 30 hectares of land, on which the DOC wine 'Colli del Trasimeno', olive oil, honey and other natural products are produced, all of which our guests will be able to taste during their stay.

The villa has been divided into 9 characteristic apartments, each of which has its own private garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartments are simply and comfortably furnished with period furniture.

There is a charming dining room on the ground floor where the owners will cook traditional and choice meat on the grill, accompanied by the excellent wine produced here.

The beautiful pool ( 6 x 14 m ), in a position dominating the house overlooks the valley below and permits guests to have a refreshing swim on hot summer days.
